How is the cost of the service calculated?

Cost is calculated by mileage and drive time, plus flight and hotel costs for the driver when applicable.

Is a deposit required?

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to secure your reservation.

Are there any additional fees?

Upon delivery of your vehicle, we will calculate the sum cost of all tolls, fuel and ground transportation, then add it to the total charge for the service. We will notify you of the grand total and send a receipt once services are completed.

Are you insured?

Yes. Red Boots Driveaway LLC is insured, although we will use the vehicle owner’s insurance as a primary carrier for each transfer.

Will my vehicle be driven or transferred on a towing vehicle, such as a flatbed?

We do not provide flatbed nor towing services. Each vehicle will be driven by one of our professional drivers.

Tell me about your drivers.

Our drivers are the best of the best. They all are vetted and have a primary background in the chauffeured transportation industry. Our drivers are professionals who enjoy driving and take pride in what they do. They are also all non-smokers. You will receive your driver’s details prior to any pickup, and your driver will personally reach out to introduce his/ herself and give updates, if requested.

How far can you drive my vehicle?

Your vehicle can be transferred from anywhere to anywhere in the lower 48 states. We provide driveaway services regardless of distance and drive time.

How long will it take to transport my vehicle?

The timeline that a vehicle takes to reach its destination is based on mileage and drive time. We follow the current regulations set in place by the Motor Carriers Association. Our drivers can be on the road up to 10 hours per day. If a transfer takes longer, the ride will continue the next day. You will be given an approximate delivery date and time prior to your reservation confirmation. Road conditions and weather may affect the estimated delivery date.

Will you take my RV?

Yes. We are happy to provide driveaway services for this type of vehicle.

Can pets be in the vehicle?

We certainly consider requests that require your furry friends to be along for the ride. However, we make our determination on a case-by-case basis. The pet must be well-behaved and accustomed to a road trip, and our driver must feel comfortable having it in the vehicle and taking care of it (if needed).

Will you drive my vehicle if there are passengers?

Yes, you or others may be in the vehicle. Our drivers are trained chauffeurs and will provide exceptional service (with stops as needed) along the way.

Do you transport rigs?

No. We do not accept requests for transfers of CDL vehicles currently.

What is the reservation process?

The reservation process is quite simple. You can submit a quote request on our driveaway services page or call our office at (720) 329-7948 and speak to our management team. A quote will then be given by phone, or if preferred via email. Once you are ready to place your reservation for driveaway services, a Contract to Provide Service agreement and a confirmation email showing full details will be sent to you.
